Shipping & Returns
Once we receive your order we produce it in the next 24/48 hours. If the design needs some revision, you will receive a message in the next 24 / 48h to prepare your order as quickly as possible.
All shipments are managed through our international partner DHL and Zeleris in our national orders (Spain).
Estimated shipping times:
Deliveries in the European Union: 2-3 business days.
Deliveries to the United States: 3-4 business days.
Deliveries to Canada: 4-5 business days
Other countries: 5-6 business days
Please note that deliveries are not made on Saturdays or Sundays. Deliveries require a signature on delivery, therefore, it is not possible to send to APO or PO Box addresses.
Shipping of our products is free. Customs charges that may be charged at the final destination are beyond our control and we cannot accept any responsibility for them.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with all the information and you can locate your shipment with the tracking number, and know the delivery day.
In case of receiving the wrong order, the package is broken, defective, a part is missing or has been lost by the courier company, notify us to find a solution as quickly as possible to solve this issue.
